    Rate: $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

     

    *Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*

As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.     Requirements

    + Minimum one year previous apartment Leasing Consultant experience.

    + Previous leasing experience on a new construction lease-up community is highly preferred.

    + Great leasing and closing skills.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    + Yardi or similar program and CRM experience highly preferred.

    + Must be able to work Saturdays with one day off during the week.

    Responsibilities

    + Greeting prospects and residents

    + Answering and returning inquiries by phone and email

    + Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely

    + Selling features and amenities to prospective residents

    + Showing apartments

    + Securing leases

    Work Days: Monday – Saturday

    Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Must be able to work Saturdays with one day off during the week.

     

    Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License
