Role summary:

The (USA) Principal, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale technology programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving delivery across multiple teams. What you'll do:

+ Lead and manage large-scale technical programs, defining goals, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple teams and dependencies.

+ Drive end-to-end technology solutions by collaborating on system design, architecture, and infrastructure to ensure scalability, availability, and performance.

+ Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to maintain program momentum and delivery quality.

+ Establish and improve standardized workflows, processes, and automation techniques to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.

+ Communicate progress, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.

+ Mentor team members on best practices in program and technical management.

What you'll bring:

+ Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

+ Proven ability to define and execute end-to-end technology solutions with strong knowledge of systems architecture, technical design, and cloud infrastructure.

+ Expertise in driving program planning, resource alignment, and delivery of scalable, high-availability systems while managing dependencies and mitigating risks.

+ Strong communication skills to align multiple stakeholders, provide clear reporting, and resolve ambiguities effectively.

+ Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, improving workflows, and fostering operational excellence.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
