The Department Analyst II will function as a primary resource for operating units regarding the collection of data, analysis and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets, and procedures. This position will provide support for all three service lines of effort for Clinical Engineering: Expand in-house capabilities for Service Contract reductions (beds, SPD, and Imaging), Optimize Medical Device Inventory, and Centralize Medical Device Contracts Ownership.
**A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am-4:30pm.** This is a Hybrid role that requires working onsite at CC Main Campus.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.
+ Analyze departmental resources, services, systems, budgets, and programs.
+ Prepare reports based on analysis.
+ Conduct comprehensive business evaluation of unit services and performance.
+ Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact and identifies opportunities for service and program improvement.
+ Develop special reports and recommendations.
+ Provide input in the development of operational plans, procedures, and systems.
+ Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvements.
+ Maintain awareness of and complies with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field.
+ Two years of business administration experience.
+ OR High School diploma/GED and six years of experience may substitute the work experience and education requirements.
+ OR Associate's degree and four years of experience may substitute the work experience and education requirements.
+ OR Master's degree and one year of experience may substitute the work experience requirement.

Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $47,530.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $72,475.00
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education.
