    Planogram Facility Admin

    + Greeting on-site visitors, determining nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel

    + Monitors meeting room calendar to ensure no double booking occurs. Schedule large meeting room reservations and ensuring correct room configuration

    + Schedule HFH stores for donation retrieval

    + Grant employee access to facility through DNA Fusion

    + Inputs information such as mailing lists, contact lists, budgets reports, etc. into databases or spreadsheets.

    + Proofreads and edits documents for spelling and grammar. Drafts and types routine letters and memos from specific instruction

    + Maintains facility manager calendar

    + Monthly schedule for entire LDC staff

    + Assist in monthly LERF auction process

    + Perform special projects per LDC leadership, LDC Upper Leadership and occasionally exe admin directions

    + Cross training in all areas of the facility

    + Ensure the general safety of all areas within the LDC; lobby, meeting rooms, the reserved space areas, receiving dock and surrounding areas, photography/video studio, virtual planogram room, concept room and the store area; which entails over 300,000 sqft.

    + Ensure that all LDC associates follow the emergency evacuations. Also are trained in helping all occupants evacuate the facility in the event of an emergency.

    + Works closely with Facility Manager/Supervisor to ensure that all mechanical functions of the LDC are performing properly on the daily basis.

    + Help promote all security measures as far as technology restrictions within the LDC to ensure the privacy of all product, prototypes, signage and displays.

    + Ensures compliance with housekeeping standards and programs to maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and working
