    Description

    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

     

    Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and their own transportation, as well as experience in property inspections, landscaping, painting, and general maintenance. Schedule is 8:00am-4:30pm M-F. This position will also require the candidate to be available for "on call" requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    - Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs

     

    - Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs

     

    - Complete landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting

     

    - Paint and repair walls, ceilings, and floors as needed

     

    - Respond to "on call" maintenance requests in a timely manner

    Requirements:

    - Valid driver's license and own transportation

     

    - Computer skills

     

    - Experience in property inspections

     

    - Experience in landscaping, painting, and general maintenance

     

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

     

    - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

     

    - Excellent communication and customer service skills
