Responsibilities:

+ Greet all customers with a friendly smile and communicate effectively.

+ Honor customers by providing quick, friendly and personal service.

+ Interact with customers, learn their names, favorite products and food items.

+ Respond appropriately to customer questions and concerns.

+ Ensure work station and product displays are stocked, clean, tidy and well presented

+ Maintain working knowledge of food items, guest service and production processes

+ Work cooperatively with other associates.

+ Maintain high quality work and safety standards.

+ Assist in other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications:

+ Experience in same or similar position

+ Previous customer service experience

+ Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus

+ Positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude

+ Operate calmly and proactively in stressful situations

+ Meet all required attendance guidelines of the position

+ Speak, read, write, and understand English and speak distinctly to others
