    Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a BCM Compliance Officer to join their team. As a BCM Compliance Officer, you will be part of the Corporate Compliance Department supporting the New York Branch. The ideal candidate will have exceptionally strong communication skills to work cross-departmentally, ability write read and write BCP policy, a high sense of responsibility, and very good Excel skills.

     

    **Job Title:** BCM Compliance Officer

    **Pay Range:** $80,000 - $95,000

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

    + Relevant experience in Business Continuity Management within the US.

    + Exceptional communication skills in order to work with other departments.

    + Experience reading and writing BCP policy

    + Excel skills including vlookups, pivot table - an assessment will be given during client interview.

    + Must be able to follow instructions to implement client policies.

    + Detail-oriented with excellent EQ and intercommunication skills to deal with all types of situations.

    + BCP background - this is not Financial Crimes or Audit

    + Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity.

    + Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships within the team.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Will be involved in BCP planning and testing, implementation, policy and procedure maintenance, new laws and regulations tracking, and maintaining meeting minutes

    + Develop, update, and maintain the Business Continuity Plan and related policies based on regulatory guidance and organizational changes.

    + Coordinate and execute Business Continuity Management (BCM) training sessions to ensure staff preparedness.

    + Plan and oversee BCM exercises, compile reports, and present findings to senior management.

    + Organize BCM Working Group meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.

    + Support the implementation and management of the Issue and Action Management Program (IAMP) and control document processes.
