Our client, a leading player in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, is seeking a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:** **Talent Acquisition Specialist
**Pay Range:** $21 - $23 hourly
**Contract** : 3 Months (extension possible)
What's the Job?
+ Manage intern and co-op program recruitment end to end for the US business
+ Coordinate, schedule and facilitate assessments
+ Ensure compliant post assessment record retention
+ Develop, track, and manage early career candidate flow analytics
+ Own end to end process flows and partner with HR Operations Hub team to ensure seamless execution of all pre/post offer activities (as appl) including but not limited to generating offer letters, processing new hire documents, initiating and monitoring background and drug checks (where appl), processing candidate reimbursement and communications regarding start dates and on boarding information
What's Needed?
+ Must have solid experience in HR operations with a **minimum of 3 years of end to end recruitment experience**
+ Solid knowledge and navigation experience of employment law and standard business integrity principles
+ Action-oriented to initiate appropriate resources and tools to ensure delivery on key HR processes.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure compliance with the campus timeline
+ Working knowledge of WorkDay (or comparable applicant tracking system)
