Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Credit Analyst to join their team.
As a Credit Analyst, you will be part of the Credit Department supporting Sales and Customer Accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Credit Analyst
**Location:** Honolulu, HI (On-site)
**Pay Range:** $25.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
+ Conduct collection activities for delinquent accounts through phone, email, and written correspondence.
+ Research and resolve financial disputes and customer inquiries.
+ Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to address discrepancies related to volume, pricing, freight, and promotions.
+ Document and maintain accurate collection notes and account statuses.
+ Identify opportunities to improve credit performance and reduce delinquency.
What’s Needed?
+ High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
+ 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections.
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting/finance ERP systems (e.g., Workday).
+ Ability to analyze financial data and resolve account discrepancies effectively.
