    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a **Material Support** to join their team. As a Material Support, you will be part of the Production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Material Support

    **Location:** Alexandria, MN

    **Pay Range:** $20+/hour

    **Shift:** B Shift (Monday-Wednesday, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM; Thursday, 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Set up and operate equipment safely and efficiently to maximize output

    + Accurately fulfill customer orders by reviewing manufacturing specifications

    + Perform inspections of aluminum extrusion orders prior to entering the aging oven

    + Ensure all quality practices are followed and monitor process changes for packing and rates

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

    + 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

    + Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    + Ability to recognize safety concerns and utilize inspection equipment properly

    + Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
