    Our client, a leader in robotics manufacturing, is seeking a Pack Out Associate to join their team. As a Pack Out Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the logistics and shipping team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Pack Out Associate

    **Location:** Austin, TX

     

    Pay Range: $18.00

     

    **Shift: Monday - Friday** 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Verify and pack components and finished products according to customer specifications

    + Use computer systems to confirm order accuracy, generate shipping labels, and update inventory records

    + Perform quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards before shipment

    + Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of packed orders

    + Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to meet daily shipping goals

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proficiency with computers and inventory management systems

    + High attention to detail and accuracy

    + Ability to follow written and digital instructions precisely

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
