    Job Summary:

    Typical Day in the Role

     

    • Purpose of the Team: Support the Consumer Marketing, focusing on integrated marketing for products like Copilot, Surface, Windows, Bing, etc.

    • Key projects: Support two GMs; may optionally help with annual org-wide event "Thrive" and morale events

    • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: Heavy on calendaring and scheduling for leaders, expense management, Outlook/Teams usage, minimal team support, split roughly 50/50 between two GMs

    Exposure to new launches and marketing initiatives

     

    Frequent team swag and morale events

     

    Upbeat, energetic team culture with new leadership driving change

    Candidate Requirements

    Years of Experience Required: 8-10 years of experience in the field overall.

     

    Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Marketing, Communications nice to have or equivalent experience

     

    Disqualifiers: Candidates with multiple short-term admin roles (job hopping, especially <1 year per role) without valid reason will be a red flag

     

    Best vs. Average: Ideal resume includes experience supporting high-level leaders (GMs/executives), strong communication, and familiarity with Microsoft tools

     

    Performance Indicators: Quality of work, meeting deadlines, responsiveness, and effective communication

     

    Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

     

    1. Minimum 5+years' experience with executive calendar management (preferably supporting GMs or similar leaders).

    2. Minimum 5+years' experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams for scheduling and communication.

    3. Minimum 5+years' experience with expense management tools (e.g., My Expense, MyOrder).

    **Pay Details:** $35.00 to $41.00 per hour
