Packaging Associate – 1st Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
**Location:** Menomonee Falls, WI
**Pay:** $ 16.00/hour
**Schedule:** 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
Overview:
We’re hiring reliable, detail-oriented Packaging Associates for a growing company in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable, full-time hours and the chance to grow within a clean, team-oriented warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Package and label products according to company standards
+ Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
+ Assemble boxes, pallets, and shipping materials
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
+ Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Shift & Pay:
+ 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (hours may vary slightly)
+ Pay: $ 16.00/hour
Requirements:
+ Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
+ Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs and stand for most of the shift
+ Strong attention to detail and reliability
+ Willingness to learn and work in a team setting

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
