    About the Role

    Are you ready to break out of repetitive drafting and take on full-project design responsibility? We’re looking for a Revit Technician who’s excited to model and design across all specialties—not just one. This is a rare opportunity to work on water and wastewater treatment facilities while gaining exposure to civil, structural, architectural, MEP, HVAC, process piping, and plumbing systems.

     

    This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into leadership, contribute to meaningful infrastructure, and become a niche expert in a high-demand industry.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Develop detailed 3D models in Revit for process piping, MEP systems, and architectural components.

    + Create 2D construction drawings in AutoCAD for water distribution and wastewater collection systems.

    + Collaborate with engineers and designers to produce full construction document sets.

    + Participate in site visits for field measurements and verification.

    + Work under a dedicated mentor to grow professionally in the water infrastructure sector.

    What We’re Looking For

    + 3+ years of professional Revit modeling experience.

    + Proven ability to create construction plans and documentation.

    + Strong understanding of building systems.

    + Background in one or more of the following:

    + Water/Wastewater Treatment

    + Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Heavy Manufacturing

    + MEP Design or Process Piping

    + Passion for designing across multiple disciplines—not just one component.

    + Schedule: Mon–Thurs 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 7:00 AM–11:00 AM (40–45 hrs/week).

    + Dress Code: Business casual.

    + No drug test or special PPE required.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
