    Main Responsibilities

    + Job Description:

    To effectively foresee and address the risks and opportunities of a Rehabilitation Project in a proactive manner

    .Key Responsibilities:

    •Collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Team on risk-related matters.

    •Risk Management Policies and Procedures:

    •Create and implement a Project Risk Management Plan, potentially as a component of the overall Project Management

     

    Plan.

     

    •Facilitate training for Project team members in Risk Management through seminars and workshops.

    •Risk Identification and Evaluation:

    •Assist the Project Team in recognizing and assessing risks, along with executing and monitoring mitigation actions.

    •Lead brainstorming sessions dedicated to identifying risks.

    •Recommend individuals within the Project to take on risk ownership for the Project Manager’s consideration.

    •Work alongside risk owners to evaluate each identified risk.

    •Risk Mitigation and Oversight:

    •Support risk owners in the formulation, execution, and tracking of mitigation strategies.

    •Ensure that accepted mitigation actions are integrated into the overall Project timeline and budget by collaborating with

     

    scheduling and cost management teams.

     

    •Track the status of risks and the effectiveness of mitigation measures.

    •Risk Reporting:

    •Establish and update a comprehensive Risk Register.

    •Prepare and present regular Risk Assessment Reports.

    •Uphold and promote the Colas Rail Code of Ethics, maintaining the highest standards of ethical behavior

    Qualification

    + Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

    + Proven experience in risk management within project environments, preferably in rehabilitation or construction projects.

    + Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
