Job Title: Electrical Design EngineerJob Description

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will ensure that all required deliverables comply with company drafting standards. You will be responsible for identifying and escalating potential risks or issues that may impact the release scope, schedule, or quality. Ensuring that all deliverables are in the proper released state for project release is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will interface with workflows to transition files within EPDM and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project release schedules. Communication of release details and schedule status to stakeholders is vital, as is checking and verifying fields in EPDM data cards after models are created.

Responsibilities

+ Ensure compliance with company drafting standards for all deliverables.

+ Identify and escalate potential risks or issues affecting release scope, schedule, or quality.

+ Ensure deliverables are in the proper released state for project release.

+ Interface with workflows to transition files within EPDM.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project release schedules.

+ Communicate release details and schedule status to stakeholders.

+ Check and verify fields in EPDM data cards after models are created.

+ Check models availability in EPDM.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in design release, schematic, design review, electrical design, and electrical schematic.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent field experience.

+ 5+ years of experience in electrical design and/or release engineering.

+ Solid understanding of electrical drawing packages.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Knowledge of drawing standards.

Work Environment

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing EPDM for file transitions and model checking. A solid understanding of electrical drawing packages is essential. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on meeting project release schedules.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Winneconne, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
