    Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (PE) – Office Lead | Dallas, TX

     

    Actalent is seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience in MEP design to lead and grow our Dallas office. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a leadership role and manage a high-performing team.

    About the Role

    You’ll be joining a firm that designs over 1,000 projects annually across a diverse spectrum of private and public sectors. The ideal candidate is experienced in AutoCAD/Revit, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take ownership of projects and team development.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead MEP design projects from concept to completion

    + Manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers

    + Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders

    + Uphold company core values and ensure high-quality deliverables

    + Support business development and office growth initiatives

    Qualifications

    + Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

    + 6+ years of experience in MEP design

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Revit MEP

    + Strong communication and leadership skills

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
