The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management and financial oversight of multiple construction projects, from the buyout stage through close out, including management during the additional one-year warranty period. This role involves establishing project objectives and policies, maintaining liaison with prime client contracts, and monitoring construction and financial activities through administrative direction of on-site superintendents. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager provides specialty project advice to management on prospective clients.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from initiation through completion.
+ Establish and maintain project objectives and policies.
+ Liaise with prime client contracts to ensure project alignment.
+ Monitor construction and financial activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
+ Provide administrative direction to on-site superintendents.
+ Advise management on prospective clients and specialty projects.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 10 years overseeing projects.
+ Thorough knowledge of construction industry terminology and processes.
+ Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, construction documents, and building specifications.
+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relations skills.
+ Ability to work within tight deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in retail, commercial, and distribution center projects.
+ Knowledge of general contracting, construction management, and project coordination.
+ Familiarity with change orders, OSHA regulations, and RFIs.
Work Environment
The role is based in an open and fast-paced office setting located in Fort Worth, with 25% travel required. The office environment includes cubicles and can be loud with multiple conversations and meetings occurring simultaneously. The office is dog-friendly, allowing employees the option to bring their well-behaved dogs to work during office hours.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
