Job Title: Production Associate - Swing Shift
Job Description
Join our team as a Production Associate on the swing shift, where you will play a crucial role in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. This position involves acquiring job skills and learning company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. You will receive detailed instructions on all work and will work under close supervision, operating within established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
+ Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging duties.
+ Follow production standards and goals with a focus on quality.
+ Lift no more than 10-15 lbs during light industrial/general assembly tasks.
+ Meet metrics for assembling components, such as connecting hoses.
+ Adapt to changes in work plans and priorities.
+ Support improvement initiatives and participate in enhancing the work environment.
+ Work cooperatively within a team and cross-functional teams as needed.
+ Maintain a level temperament in stressful environments and openly share information with co-workers.
+ Consistently complete assignments on time without compromising on quality.
+ Monitor work to ensure quality standards are met and seek opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
Essential Skills
+ Basic computer skills, including navigation, Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience.
+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints.
+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
+ Attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
+ One or more years of related experience preferred.
+ Experience in electronic manufacturing, soldering, or mechanical assembly is a plus.
+ Willingness to take on additional assignments and progress within the company.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Work Environment
The work environment consists of a manufacturing setting with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. This position involves working on a swing shift from 2pm-10pm, Monday through Friday, with training on day shifts during the first week. Following the initial training period, the schedule may transition to a 12/7 pattern, including night shifts. Employees have the option to sit or stand during their 10-hour shifts, with standing required at times. Dress code is casual and safety-focused.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
