Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/about/network/dominican) is seeking a Full-Time Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our well-established, collaborative Nocturnist Hospitalist Service at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitalists in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

Opportunity Highlights

+ Provide high quality, compassionate care to hospitalized patients overnight, primarily focusing on acute care and managing complex medical conditions

+ Work under supervision of experienced nocturnist in a supportive, team-oriented setting

+ Enjoy a balanced 7 on, 7 off work schedule of 10 hour shifts

+ Open ICU with no procedures or codes required

+ Blend of rounding and admitting/swing shifts with additional admitting/swing shifts available for extra compensation

Job Requirements

+ A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California

+ Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)

+ Completion of state mandated educational courses

+ Minimum of 1-2 years APP experience in hospital medicine

Pay Range

$81.97 - $87.43
