Job Title: Welder & Fabricator
Job Description
As a Welder & Fabricator, you will read and interpret blueprints to perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembly tasks. You will be responsible for welding .045 Flux Core.
Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret blueprints for various projects.
+ Perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling of custom products.
+ Weld using .045 Flux Core and other techniques as required.
+ Ensure the quality and precision of welds and fabrications.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
+ Experience in Mig, Tig, and structural welding.
+ Expertise in flux core welding and the ability to work with stainless steel, aluminum, and structural materials.
+ 5-6 years of welding experience preferred, but candidates with less experience may be considered.
+ 2-3 years of experience in Flux Core/mig welding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with fitting and fabricating intricate pieces.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality in welding and fabrication tasks.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing shop from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, averaging 45 hours a week. The environment includes both stationary and active assembly tasks, with approximately 5-10 colleagues in the shop. Please note the facility is not temperature-controlled, so expect hot conditions in the summer and cold in the winter.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
