    Production Worker – Mattress Manufacturing (Riviera Beach, FL)

     

    Pay: $17/hr + Lots of Overtime Available

     

    Shift: First Shift (Starts at 5 AM)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Work with a team to build mattresses from the inside out using glue, foam, and upholstery.

    + Use hand and power tools like staple guns and hot glue guns.

    + Inspect materials and finished products to ensure top quality.

    + Operate sewing machines and cut materials with precision.

    + Move materials around the production floor using push carts.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 1+ year of experience using hand tools or working in assembly.

    + Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

    + Able to read and follow instructions in English.

    + High school diploma or GED.

    Nice to Have:

    + Previous experience in mattress manufacturing or similar production work.

    + Familiarity with warehouse or assembly line processes.

    + Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during busy periods.

    + Shifts start at 5 AM and can last up to 12 hours.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
