Maintenance Supervisor – Multi-Family Properties
**Location:** Everett, WA
**Compensation:** $35/hour
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
We are actively seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** to join our apartment management team! Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and hands-on experience in general construction and/or handyman work.
Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of multi-family apartment buildings. This role is essential in maintaining property standards, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and supporting leasing efforts through excellent curb appeal and responsive service.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management
+ Maintain building systems (roof, drains, lighting, etc.)
+ Prepare property for seasonal changes
+ Monitor and report suspicious activity
+ Utilize basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Office, ActiveBuilding)
Customer Service & Repairs
+ Lead and oversee maintenance tasks
+ Respond to resident service requests within 48 hours
+ Perform general repairs: electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, lock replacements, cosmetic fixes
+ Coordinate with contractors for complex repairs
+ Conduct annual safety inspections
+ Assist with lockouts and emergency situations
+ Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Vacancy Turnovers
+ Inspect units upon notice of move-out
+ Clean and prepare units within 10 days for new tenants
Common Area Maintenance
+ Clean hallways, entrances, and laundry facilities regularly
+ Maintain exterior courtyards and parking areas
+ Keep landscaped areas tidy and litter-free
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Valid Driver’s License and Social Security
+ Must live within 20 minutes of downtown Everett
+ Professional and courteous demeanor
+ Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively
+ Must have own tools for completing maintenance tasks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
