Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the logistics team, responsible for receiving and handling incoming products, operating forklifts, and ensuring efficient loading and unloading processes.

Responsibilities

+ Receive incoming products and verify accuracy.

+ Unload trailers and distribute products to designated areas.

+ Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, including Crown electric models.

+ Utilize scanners to manage inventory and track product movement.

+ Stock shelves and stage products for loading.

+ Load and unload trailers efficiently.

+ Occasionally use a computer to print labels.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ year of warehouse experience.

+ Proficiency in operating forklifts, both stand-up and sit-down.

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in material handling, shipping, and order picking.

+ Stocking experience and familiarity with pallet handling.

Work Environment

This position is located in the Receiving Department, working on the loading dock in a high-speed environment. It requires mobility and flexibility to assist in multiple areas. The facility is non-temperature controlled and tobacco-free.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr.
