Aerotek is hiring a Maintenance Technician
2nd shift 4:00Pm to 12:30am Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
+ Instruct, troubleshoot, program, and repair complex machinery, electrical systems, and robotics including Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Panasonic equipment.
+ Troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems including 480v 3 phase, robotics, VFD's, and PLC's.
+ Serve as a technical resource to production teams to assist in correcting machine failures.
+ Install new equipment as needed and support process improvements.
+ Conduct repairs and maintenance of facilities as needed.
+ Demonstrate abilities to form and fabricate parts for trial projects and/or repairs to production equipment, with welding and fabrication skills being a significant advantage.
+ Follow graphic, written, and verbal directions and specifications.
+ Analyze malfunctioning machines and systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, etc.) and perform necessary repairs.
+ Utilize experience, practices, and technical references to determine specifications for repairs or modifications to equipment.
+ Use equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints along with operating specifications to perform tasks.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance repair, and preventive maintenance.
+ Experience in working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
+ Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
+ Familiarity with industrial maintenance and repair, including welding, Fanuc robots, PLC troubleshooting, and 3-phase motors.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within automotive manufacturing.
+ High School diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree in Industrial Maintenance is beneficial.
+ Experience in maintenance trades is a plus.
+ Strong electrical experience is preferred.
Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing plant that may get warm near welding machines during summer. The environment is somewhat loud due to equipment. The plant features presses, robotics, welding robots, and a maintenance shop. The second shift runs from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime. Dress code includes steel toe boots, long pants, and t-shirts. Safety gear such as Kevlar jackets and eye protection is provided. The team culture is laid-back yet fast-paced, focusing on teamwork and collaboration. Training will be provided through a shadowing system.

This is a Permanent position based out of Henderson, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Company has highly competitive benefits package, Education assistance, time and a half paid after 8 hours, automatic 1.5 time on Saturdays and double time Sundays.
