Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to take on a variety of tasks supporting the building and manufacturing operations. This role involves maintaining systems such as chillers, boilers, AHUs, water distillation systems, ROs, as well as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
+ Perform technical skills including electrical repair, machining, welding tasks, and handling high pressure gases.
+ Conduct electrical installations and constructions, and manage AC/DC motor drives, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
+ Train in and apply knowledge of Maintenance Systems (SAP), lubricants, and predictive maintenance technologies.
+ Support continuous improvement programs through active participation in plant efficiency programs.
+ Comply with and actively participate in all safety and environmental policies, procedures, and programs.
+ Perform all tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in AC/DC motor drives, electrical installation, and construction.
+ Experience with gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
+ Knowledge of HVAC systems and industrial maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Tech school degree preferred.
+ 1+ year of experience in a related field.
+ Experience in industrial maintenance within the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.

Work Environment
The position is on the 2nd shift, working from 2pm-10:30pm with a rotating schedule. Candidates will work 10 days on, 4 days off, then 5 days on, and 2 days off, repeating this cycle. They will work every 3rd weekend for at least one year. The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, toxic chemicals, and noisy areas. Cleanroom/GMP protocol must be followed.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
