Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will work collaboratively in teams of 1-3 to build various parts of large industrial radiators. You will utilize hand and power tools to secure these builds, some of which are as large as a semi-trailer. This role involves climbing on top of radiators using ladders or scissor lifts and operating an overhead crane to move heavy objects.
Responsibilities
+ Work in teams to build parts or full industrial radiators.
+ Utilize hand and power tools to secure builds.
+ Climb on top of radiators using ladders or scissor lifts.
+ Operate an overhead crane to lift and move heavy objects.
+ Perform leak tests on completed assemblies.
+ Read and interpret blueprints for assembly processes.
Essential Skills
+ 6 years of mechanical assembly experience.
+ 6 years of experience with power tools.
+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ 18 months of tenure from one company within the past 5 years.
+ Experience in reading blueprints and operating an overhead crane.

Work Environment
Work in a clean and organized assembly and fabrication shop focused on building industrial radiators for warehouses, production facilities, and data centers. The position operates on the 2nd shift from 1:30 PM to midnight. While the facility is not temperature-controlled and can get hot in the summer, it offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills. This position reports to the Assembly Supervisor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KENOSHA, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
