Assembler – Switch Board Project

**Location:** Broken Arrow, OK

**Type:** Contract to Hire

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Saturday overtime available)

**Worksite:** Climate-controlled facility

**Pay:** Starting at $19.55+ per hour, depending on experience

You’ll work on a conveyor system, assembling and wiring units using specialty tools provided on-site. What You’ll Do

+ Assemble and wire switch boards with precision (approximately 25 wires per unit)

+ Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical tasks

+ Read and interpret wiring schematics and blueprints

+ Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency

+ Collaborate with a team of skilled assemblers to meet production goals

What You Bring

+ 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience

+ 1–2 years of electrical wiring experience preferred

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics confidently

+ Comfortable standing for 10-hour shifts

+ Experience with soldering, crimping, and electronic assembly is a plus

+ Familiarity with panel wiring and harness assembly

+ Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $22.48/hr.
