Job Title: General Labor

Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers in the Fab Department. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various general labor tasks and assisting with stacking pieces once they are completed. This position begins as a 60-90 day contract with the potential for direct hire, contingent upon performance and availability.

Responsibilities

+ Perform general labor tasks in the Fab Department.

+ Assist in stacking pieces once they are completed.

+ Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse or general labor roles.

Work Environment

The work environment includes two shifts: First Shift from 6am to 2pm with potential for up to 2 hours of overtime, and Third Shift from 10pm to 6am, also with potential for up to 2 hours of overtime. Flexibility in scheduling is available. The workplace is focused on maintaining a safe and productive atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
