    Job Title: Groundskeeper

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper for a 1st shift Facilities Helper role. You will be responsible for maintaining the lawn care at both locations, including weeding, mowing with a zero-turn lawn mower, and snow plowing two lots as well as snow removal on sidewalks during winter months. Additional tasks include emptying garbage within the facility, refilling coolant in machines, and other duties as assigned both inside and outside the facility.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform lawn care maintenance, including mowing and weeding.

    + Operate a zero-turn lawn mower.

    + Conduct snow plowing and removal on sidewalks during winter.

    + Empty facility garbage bins regularly.

    + Refill coolant in machines.

    + Complete other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with snow removal and lawn care.

    + Proficiency in operating a zero-turn lawn mower.

    + General labor skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with snow plow operations.

    + Ability to perform various general labor tasks.

    + Familiarity with mowing and weeding.

    Work Environment

     

    This role operates on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with optional work on Fridays. You must be comfortable working both outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, Illinois.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
