In this role, you will provide exceptional service and support to customers in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.     Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish

    + Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies to customers in their preferred language

    + Resolve customer complaints efficiently, offering solutions while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

    + Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM software, ensuring data integrity

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary

    + Keep up to date with company offerings, process changes, and new product developments to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

    + Manage high call volumes and consistently meet performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
