    Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for precision and process? We’re looking for an exceptional Inventory Specialist to support our kitting operations in a dynamic warehouse environment. This role is pivotal in maintaining inventory integrity and driving operational excellence.

     

    •️ What You’ll Do

    As an Inventory Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our inventory management system, balancing digital tracking with hands-on logistics:

    + 💻 Spend ~70% of your time at a computer to monitor and manage inventory flow.

    + 🚛 Operate material handling equipment (standup forklifts, electric carts) ~20% of the time to support physical movement of goods.

    + 📦 Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records.

    + 🧾 Generate reports and lead audit processes to ensure data accuracy.

    + 🔍 Investigate and resolve discrepancies, taking full ownership of inventory records.

    • What You Bring

    We’re seeking candidates who combine technical proficiency with operational savvy:

    + Strong skills in inventory tracking, data entry, and Microsoft Office.

    + Hands-on experience with SAP and comfort operating warehouse vehicles.

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

    • Bonus Skills That Set You Apart

    + Familiarity with ERP systems and RF scanners.

    + Prior exposure to SAP and Our Client systems.

    + Experience as a 4Q Auditor, Inventory Analyst, or in supply chain planning.

    • Work Environment & Schedule

    + Warehouse-based role with multiple shifts available:

    + 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    + 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    + Expect 50+ hour work weeks with occasional weekend shifts.

    + Comprehensive training provided, including classroom instruction and forklift certification.

    + Required safety gear: steel-toed shoes, work pants, bump cap, high-visibility vest, and safety glasses.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
