    **🕒 Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    **💵 Pay:** $28–$35/hour (based on experience and skill level)

    Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping equipment running smoothly? We’re looking for a **Forklift Mechanic (MHE Technician)** to join our team and take charge of maintaining a fleet of 75+ material-handling units. From electric pallet jacks to reach trucks, your expertise will keep our operations moving efficiently and safely.

     

    •️ What You’ll Do

    + Perform **scheduled preventative maintenance** and **reactive repairs** on a variety of MHE equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and fix issues like battery connectors, switches, wheel bearings, and more.

    + Work on **Crown units, stock pickers, reach trucks** , and **electric/propane pallet jacks** .

    + Use a tablet to document service details and communicate updates.

    + Collaborate with operators and clients to ensure equipment is safe and ready to go.

    • What You Bring

    + **3+ years of experience** as an MHE or forklift mechanic.

    + Strong knowledge of **hydraulics, pneumatics** , and mechanical systems.

    + Proven ability to diagnose and repair various types of warehouse equipment.

    + Comfortable using digital tools (tablet) for documentation.

    + Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
