    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a respective client in the agriculture industry to find their next Packaging Operations Coordinator to safely and efficiently packaged and distributed across the global network. This is an excellent opportunity to combine hands-on operations experience with administrative and analytical work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Details:

    Duration: Currently approved for 1 year contract, possibility of extension.

    What You’ll Do:

    - Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts moving through the network.

     

    - Support packaging operations with safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.

     

    - Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and email communication to support daily operations.

     

    - Coordinate issue resolution between parts distribution centers, factories, vendors, and dealers for matters such as part identification, mixed or defective stock, or unshipped orders.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

     

    - Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

     

    - Ability to analyze datasets and draw insights.

     

    - Experience leading issue resolution across cross-functional teams.

     

    - Experience in a warehouse or production environment

     

    - Prior administrative experience supporting operations or logistics teams.

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
