Description We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This role is integral to the financial operations of our company, requiring a meticulous individual to manage accounting processes and ensure accuracy in financial records. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and expertise in analyzing financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts.

• Manage and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping.

• Prepare cash forecasts and conduct regular check runs to support financial planning.

• Track and manage fixed assets, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Analyze accounting data to generate financial statements and reports.

• Develop and enforce accounting policies and methods to maintain compliance and efficiency.

• Enhance accounting systems and procedures for improved operational performance.

• Create and maintain advanced spreadsheets, utilizing tools like Power BI.

• Process foreign currency payments and analyze data using Microsoft Business Central. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles.

• Strong experience with journal entries and general ledger management.

• Advanced computer skills, particularly with Power BI and Microsoft Business Central.

• Ability to analyze complex financial data and produce accurate reports.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with arranging and processing foreign currency payments.
