We're seeking a passionate Specialist, Platform Strategy to support growth initiatives across Chobani’s platforms. This role will contribute to strategic projects that strengthen Chobani's position in various categories while expanding our reach to new consumers and occasions. Responsibilities Platform Strategy & Brand Management Contribute to the development of annual platform growth plans focused on driving household penetration and frequency within various categories Support the execution of the annual plan, helping to manage coordination with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints Monitor platform performance and help identify growth opportunities across existing product lines Consumer-Centric Campaign Development Partner with internal teams (Creative, Comms, Shopper) and external agencies to support marketing campaigns that drive to growth outcomes Contribute to campaign development across paid shopper media, social, influencer partnerships, and experiential marketing Ensure all creative work authentically reflects Chobani's brand values and platform strategy Insights & Analytics Analyze Nielsen and proprietary consumer data to uncover growth opportunities within various categories Partner with Consumer Insights on key workstreams to understand consumer drivers and inform growth strategies Help translate data findings into clear, actionable insights to build strong departmental perspective and drive alignment across the organization Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG food & beverage categories Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Nielsen, IRI, or similar syndicated data Proven ability to independently manage workstreams with limited oversight Passion for food, health, and wellness Skills & Competencies Strong ability to dig into data to develop a point of view on implications for strategy Curiosity about how to creatively express functional attributes in a way that builds a brand Collaborative mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment Consumer empathy with ability to identify unmet needs and market opportunities Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms, social media tools, and Microsoft Office suite   About Us  Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place.
