What You’ll Do
+ Service and repair hot air, boiler, water heating, A/C, and heat pump systems
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct HVAC issues
+ Use and maintain modern industry tools
+ Provide professional, courteous customer service
+ Collect payments as needed and communicate honestly about services
+ Work as part of a supportive team, sharing knowledge and lending a hand so everyone succeeds
+ Help customers by solving comfort problems that directly impact their families and daily lives

What You’ll Bring
+ Preferred: 2+ years of HVAC service experience or completion of an HVAC Apprenticeship
+ Valid driver’s license
+ EPA refrigerant certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year — company provided)
+ CETP certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year — company provided)
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Professionalism under pressure and solid communication skills
+ Comfort using technology, including tablets and mobile apps, to complete jobs efficiently
Physical ability to:
+ Climb ladders/stairs and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces
+ Maneuver up to 200 lbs. with equipment or team lift
+ Work outdoors in varying conditions
