Responsibilities
+ Collaborates with marketing teams and other departments as necessary to develop show-specific strategies, coordinate creative elements, and prepare company content for print, digital, and virtual platforms.
+ Coordinates all aspects of pre-show planning for events and tradeshows, including exhibitor/sponsor contracts, payments, booth selection, and staff registration. Supports field teams with trade show logistics as needed.
+ Coordinates corporate and field trade show assets—hardware, graphics, design, inventory, maintenance, and storage—ensuring all properties are tracked and maintained.
+ Sources vendors and maintains relationships with suppliers such as production companies, service contractors, labor, freight, and promotional item providers to coordinate details and logistics.
+ Coordinates event logistics—including shipping, booth setup and teardown, promotional items, demos, equipment, staff training, and sourcing giveaways and booth supplies—to ensure a quality experience.
+ Establishes initial budget to manage trade show expenses. Maintains records of all tradeshow-related expenses to ensure budget requirements are met. Tracks and analyzes budgets for individual shows year-over-year.
+ Conducts event postmortems to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
+ Processes all leads for corporate shows.
+ Maintain regular reporting of event success within Salesforce.com
+ Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints related to your events. Supports broader marketing programs and initiatives as needed
+ Travel to events as needed to ensure the smooth operation of onsite activities.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business
+ 3 years of experience in event coordination, tradeshows, or related roles, preferably within a corporate or marketing environment.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $55,000 - $90,000 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
