    Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay UltraSource is currently seeking applicants for a Sputter Operator in Hollis, NH.

    Job Location:

    Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 80 employees working between two shifts.

    What you will be doing:

    + Set-up, cleaning, operation, and troubleshooting of vacuum coating equipment.

    + Document production activities and record notes and actions.

    + Remove and replace targets/cathodes.

    + Conduct helium leak checking of machines and equipment.

    + Perform basic vacuum coating equipment repair and maintenance.

    + Adhere to safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.

    What you will bring along:

    + Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and industry specifications such as MIL Standards and/or IPC.

    + 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

    + Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment.

    + Proven ability to perform work under a microscope.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Experience handling small and fragile parts.

    + Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
