    Maintenance Worker Description:

    Under general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the candidate will perform a variety of duties which are related to the maintenance and repairs of the facility. Will assist with custodial duties to enhance the general appearance and cleanliness of our facility. Duties range from electrical work, plumbing, mowing, mechanical repairs, floor maintenance, and other duties as assigned.

    Hours:

    Full-time position available through Monday-Friday. Rotating on-call hours. 40 hours per week. 1.0 FTE. Benefit Eligible.

     

    Requirements: Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Basic knowledge of electricity, heating/cooling systems, water systems, pumps, and janitorial procedures. Must currently have or be able to obtain a Boilers License.
