About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior Lead Data Management Analyst.** This role will drive the development of scalable frameworks, tools, and controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards across **Commercial Banking Operations (CBO).**
In this role, you will:
**Framework & Tool Development** :
• Design and implement a scalable data asset management framework using tools such as Alteryx and CPECK to support FRY14 and broader data quality initiatives.
• Lead the migration of the Alteryx platform to the Technology COE to enhance robustness, security, and scalability.
**Strategic Data Expansion** :
• Contribute to the definition and execution of CBO’s broader data strategy beyond FRY14, including Fulfillment, Servicing, Spreading, 2052a, Credit Risk, and FRY9C.
• Integrate new data strategies with existing CBO and BCM business processes.
**Stakeholder Engagement & Support** :
• Serve as a liaison to CBO teams, addressing inquiries related to FRY14 data elements, procedures, controls, defects, issues, and operational risk events (OREs).
• Provide timely support for oversight testing and requests from CBL, DMI, Audit, COSO, Integration Testing & Validation, and regulatory bodies.
Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis:
• Partner with Commercial Bank Data and CBO teams to identify and resolve root causes of data defects and issues.
**Relationship Management** :
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across Commercial Bank, CIB, Credit Risk, LRM, Controllers, Business Controls Management, Data Management & Insights, and Technology.
**Governance & Policy Advocacy** :
• Advocate for CBO in the ongoing development of Enterprise Data Management Insight policies and procedures.
• Guide process owners on executing data controls in compliance with policy standards.
Required Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Strong Alteryx, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint skills and ability to communicate / coordinate with Technology teams.
+ Strong project management and communication skills (written and verbal).
+ Familiarity with operations business processes and systems; willingness to learn is essential.
+ Organized, inquisitive, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to relationship-building.
+ Experience in wholesale loan operations, FRY14, and other regulatory reporting.
Job Expectations:
+ Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
+ Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
