Job Description
Join a dynamic and fast-paced team as an Administrative Assistant, where you will support senior leaders and drive operational excellence. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
+ Provide high-level administrative support to two General Managers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
+ Manage complex schedules, anticipating conflicts and ensuring optimal time management for executives.
+ Coordinate logistics for team meetings, Town Halls, offsites, and morale events, including venue selection and material preparation.
+ Manage expenses for senior leaders, ensuring compliance with internal financial policies.
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to align on business priorities.
+ Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
+ Ensure compliance with internal policies and contribute to a culture of respect, inclusivity, and integrity.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience in administrative business support, with expertise in calendar and travel management, event planning, and expense tracking.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
+ Proficiency in procurement tools like MyOrder and MSInvoice.
+ High attention to detail and ability to manage complex plans and schedules.
+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond with urgency to changing needs.
+ Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
+ Professionalism and tact in handling confidential matters.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
+ Experience mentoring peers and contributing to team development.
+ Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work environment, with three days on-site and two days remote. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with no overtime unless pre-approved. The team culture is upbeat and energetic, with new leadership driving change.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
