This role involves managing project administration and reporting, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The Project Manager will handle client move requests, manage vendors, and ensure data accuracy within relocation management systems.
Responsibilities
+ Handle administrative responsibilities such as meeting minutes, agendas, and project reports.
+ Maintain records protecting client confidentiality.
+ Assist with project closeout including data cleanup and client reports.
+ Receive and process client move requests, ensuring client satisfaction.
+ Manage vendors and suppliers related to technology, telephony, and furniture.
+ Perform data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy information.
+ Provide a single point of contact for all move management activities.
+ Participate in planning meetings with stakeholders.
+ Organize move orientations and resolve post-move issues.
+ Ensure compliance with documented processes and incorporate best practices.
+ Manage meetings to review move schedules with vendors and stakeholders.
+ Evaluate vendors for compliance with performance standards.
+ Complete all project documentation for initiation, execution, and closeout.
+ Identify and communicate outstanding project issues to team lead.
+ Assist in processing information during post-move help desk.
+ Manage relocations of up to 300 people and assist in larger relocations.
+ Develop client-appropriate communication and project confidence in team skills.
+ Understand client concerns and assist in reducing stress related to relocations.
+ Work independently and anticipate upcoming project tasks.
+ Adapt to client cultures and individual learning styles.
Essential Skills
+ 1-3 years of administrative and project coordination experience.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to multitask and work both in a team and independently.
+ Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with executive-level clients.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
+ Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in CAD/CAFM technology with a move management module is a plus.
+ Degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management preferred.
Work Environment
The position is based onsite at the headquarters of a leading sporting goods company in the US. The role requires being on feet for 50-80% of the day, with occasional moving and lifting of items (20-40 lbs). The work environment includes walking several miles a week across the campus. Benefits include paid holidays, accrued sick time, and 40 hours of paid time off after 18 months onsite.

This is a Contract position based out of NA, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.50/hr.
