    - They have a team that has been building the pipelines, but the role that this individual will play includes building and refining.

    - Build automation and deployment tools include:

    o ArgoCD (Deployment)

    o Jenkins (Integration)

    o CloudBees

    - Candidates should have an understanding and be familiar with React, TypeScript, Playwright, and JavaScript

    o If they are comfortable with the React stack, chances are they will likely have Playwright experience.

    o Experience integrating test tools into the CI/CD pipelines.

    Summary of Position

    The Senior CI/CD Engineer will plan, design, develop, automate, configure, document, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain our client's CI/CD pipeline for its new internet interface applications and associated systems. Their focus will be on designing and constructing a modern automated CI/CD pipeline for a public cloud environment (Azure) for our internet consumer and business apps. The successful candidate should be innovative, energetic and comfortable leading and contributing to provide the most astonishing of development and IT operations experiences. The Senior CI/CD Engineer will lead and collaborate with other CI/CD engineers and development environment administrators, as well as work closely with senior software engineers to properly construct and automate their CI/CD pipelines, enabling a productive and efficient development environment and smooth deployment into production. In this role, the candidate must be able to work independently and bring technical expertise and industry best practice to ensure outstanding CI/CD development and delivery.

    Required and Preferred Technical Skills:

    • Strong analysis, design skills, and experience with a modern CI/CD technology stack with cloud experience (Azure, Kubernetes) is required

    • Mastery of Jenkins and CloudBees

    • Expertise in Bitbucket, Jira

    • Experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript and similar environments

    • Experience with automated testing frameworks like Playwright, or others

    • Experience integrating with APIs including SOAP and REST

    • Advanced knowledge of proper CI/CD pipeline builds and automation with a propensity to adhere to the established standards

    • Experience with build automation and deployment tools ( such as Crossplane, Ansible, ArgoCD, etc.)

    • Knowledge of mono repos is a plus

    • Financial Services experience a plus

    • Experience delivering complex web apps is a plus

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
