Earlier this year, Microsoft’s Work Trend Index introduced the concept of the “Frontier Firm”, an organization where artificial intelligence (AI) is available to every employee and even acts as a collaborator on projects. For many of these organizations, Microsoft Teams is the hub where work happens.
Copilot in Microsoft Teams is redefining how people and AI work together in the frontier firm, moving from assistance to active collaboration. The Copilot experience in Teams brings a unified experience across chats, channels, and meetings, matching the one in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. Whether reviewing a thread or generating action items in a channel, Copilot delivers context-aware summaries, suggestions and actions based on your goals.
This is a pivotal moment in redefining collaborative productivity and unlocking the new production function for the AI era. We're looking for a creative, self-starting, and visionary **Principal Product Manager** to define and deliver how hundreds of millions of Teams users can harness Copilot to collaborate effectively across chats and channels, with rich understanding of context in messages, documents, meetings, plans, Loop and more.
The right candidate will have a track record of delivering high-craft end user experiences, strategic thinking at the system level, cross-team collaboration, and external customer engagement, with clear understanding of developing and delivering AI solutions which are model-forward.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
