The **Global** **Partner GTM, Programs, &** **Operations** (GPO) organization within Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) brings together the go-to-market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments.
Within the GPO organization, the **Partner Experiences & Operations** (PX&O) team is accountable for enabling partner program strategy, design, launch, landing, and performance. Critical to this is our end-user partner and field experiences – this is where humans and technology come tother to interact, transact, and get work done. As our ecosystem thrives, we evolve to keep up with the needs of hundreds of thousands of partners and millions of unique users who will engage with Microsoft across this digital estate.
Microsoft supports a large & complex ecosystem of partners through technology and tools designed to simplify the complexities of our global business. We do this by maintaining an obsession with experiences that can be easily understood & traversed by our partners. We need an experienced and creative leader capable of envisioning and driving execution through ongoing delivery cycles.
In this role, you will plan, prioritize, estimate, execute, launch, and deliver on a diverse technology portfolio that brings our partner’s digital experiences to life.

+ Envision and drive partner experience requirements that support scaleof the partner program to drive revenue outcomes.
+ Lead the planning and prioritization of strategic business needs through engineering to successfully land new and exciting experiences into our partner ecosystem.
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignmentacross multiple stakeholders, ensuring the partner's voice is amplified to optimizetime to market, accelerating partner growth and improving partner experience.
+ Collaborate on the design of digital experiences at scale, working at the intersection of business strategy & engineering.
+ Measure business outcomes based on data, partner and field feedback and adjust program execution plans as needed.
+ Solve technical challenges to support business goals and deliver value.
+ Develop deep partnerships & influence without authority across multiple stakeholders and leaders.
+ Leverage technical and industry expertise to become a thought leader and trusted advisor to your partners and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, product management, process management, process improvement.
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience working as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Planning or Business Strategy in technology industry.
Additional** **or Preferred Qualifications** **
+ Understanding of Cloud Platforms and the ability to identify new technical and business trends and needs.
+ Ability to translate complex business opportunities into simple, effective and creative technical solutions.
+ Track record of driving business/product outcomes with objectives, key results, and facts grounded in data.
+ Skilled at prioritization, driving strategic alignment in a matrixed organization, creating clarity and driving concise, actionable insights.
+ Operational rigor and precision incommunicating into workstreams, tracking progress toward shared goals, clearly identifying areas of opportunity and risk, and consistently meeting deadlines.
+ Be agile and collaborative, comfortable working across multiple functional teams, and capable of exploring synergies with other areas of the business.
+ Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
+ Periodic travel is required.
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
