The **Security Finance team** delivers actionable insights that shape the future of our Security business by analyzing performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and guide both short- and long-term investments across products, go-to-market strategies, and business models. We provide thought leadership through frameworks like Competitive Share Analysis and market share targets, while fostering deep partnerships across teams to inform decisions that drive impact. We are seeking a collaborative, results-oriented professional to join the **Security Business Health Revenue Team** , where you’ll leverage business acumen, clear communication, and cross-functional teamwork to influence strategy and outcomes. Responsibilities

In this Finance Manager - Security Business Health role, you will:

+ Apply deep analytical skills, curiosity, and strategic thinking to connect the dots and see the bigger picture while working collaboratively across teams.

+ Partner across functions (engineering, marketing, sales, finance) to define key performance drivers, create decision-support frameworks, surface insights, and enable sustainable, inclusive revenue growth.

+ Develop cross-platform frameworks to analyze workload expansion and cross-sell opportunities, identifying levers to accelerate growth and sharing these insights broadly with stakeholders.

+ Drive process improvements through effective collaboration and a deep understanding of Security’s financial landscape.

+ Lead and support growth initiatives by influencing strategies and advocating for opportunities that strengthen business performance.

+ Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, creating engaging narratives that foster shared understanding and informed decision-making across diverse teams.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

+ 1+ year(s) of work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) to generate actionable insights to drive business outcomes.

Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
