    Verifiesdimensions of a wide variety of mechanical parts.

     

    Comparesresults with specifications and records test data or plots test results ongraph.

     

    Recordsdefects on tag attached to unit and returns unit to production department forrepair.

     

    Analyzestest results on defective units to determine cause and failure.

     

    Conferswith Engineers, technicians, production personnel and others regarding testingprocedures and results to resolve problems.

     

    Calibrates and maintains test instruments according tospecifications, regulatory requirements and Quality Systems documents.

     

    Performs ancillary duties asneeded.
