We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist / Warehouse Technician to join our team at our Plano, TX warehouse.

This is a full-time, on-site position supporting logistics operations, including work with government contractors—U.S. citizenship is required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time

Responsibilities

+ Execute shipping and receiving operations with accuracy and efficiency

+ Receive and document incoming shipments, ensuring proper inspection and verification

+ Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation

+ Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials

+ Create shipping invoices, labels, and bills of lading (BOL)

+ Stack pallets safely for LTL (Less Than Truckload) transport

+ Enter data into shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager)

+ Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail

+ Update tracking databases with shipment and inventory information

+ Stock and locate equipment in designated warehouse areas

+ Perform physical inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies

+ Act as a material handler for general warehouse operations

+ Support inventory management and control processes

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications

+ U.S. citizenship required due to government contractor work

+ 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with a strong emphasis on shipping and receiving

+ Experience with PC hardware and components is a plus

+ Proficient in UPS Worldwide and FedEx Ship Manager

+ Skilled in creating shipping documentation (invoices, labels, BOLs)

+ Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
