    We are looking for an amazing Adobe Design Specialist, F&B to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. The Creative Specialist is responsible for supporting the Food, Beverage, and Dining team with revisions to menu files and related files that are used for shipboard printing, with significant time spent routing files for approval, editing, uploading to the database, and distributing to teams. Responsibilities include versioning menus, maintaining content accurac,y and creating documents to support Food and Beverage products. This position also fulfils requests from the Access Office for menu files that can be utilized by ADA screen readers.

    Responsibilities

    + Revises and creates production design files from existing templates for print projects, including menus, signs, and product support documents, while adhering to brand guidelines and completing projects within deadlines.

    + Resolves content issues and routes files for approvals using workflow best practices

    + Ensures accuracy of print files, assists with proofing, and resolves feedback issues before preparing final files.

    + Maintains asset library, tracking records, change logs, and spreadsheets.

    + Converts print files to established formats for ADA screen readers and other formats as needed, including digital products.

    Requirements

    + Education - BA or AA in Production Art, Graphic Arts, or related field.

    + Proficient knowledge of layouts, typography, and design principles.

    + Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

    + Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Outlook and Teams environment.

    + Able to manage multiple projects at one time.

    + Working knowledge of digital and media best practices.

    + High proficiency in proofreading content for accuracy.

    + Portfolio that demonstrates good art production skills, knowledge of basic design principles, and clear visual communication.

    + 2-4 years preparing production files for a wide range of print applications (in a corporate setting or for corporate clients, preferred).

    + 2-4 years utilizing a platform or system that organizes, tracks, and manages workflow

    + Knowledge of culinary and beverage terminology (preferred).

    + **Beginning in 2028, this position will remain on the same Tuesday–Thursday in-office schedule but will transition to our new headquarters in the Miami, FL area.**
